Controller
LANA is controlled by Milutin Ilić, an individual based in Serbia. You can contact the controller at m.ilic.0072@gmail.com.
What We Collect
- Account data: your email address via Google OAuth. We do not store your Google name or profile photo.
- User-submitted content: past student reports you ingest, class notes, and student first names you enter for each generated report.
- Generated reports: short and long reports LANA produces on your behalf.
- Payment data: handled by Paddle. We do not receive or store card details.
- Technical logs: request timestamps, IP address, and error traces used for security and debugging.

Legal Basis
Where GDPR applies, we process personal data to perform our contract with you, for legitimate interests such as fraud prevention and debugging, and with consent where applicable.
Retention
User content is retained while your account is active. After an account deletion request, user content is deleted within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law.
Your Rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion, portability, or objection by emailing m.ilic.0072@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection or to your local EU data protection authority.
Transfers
Data may be processed in the EU and the US by the listed subprocessors. Where required, transfers rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses provided by those processors.
Cookies
LANA uses session cookies for Supabase authentication. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Children
The service is intended for teachers and is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice.
