Refund Policy

Refund requests may be submitted within 14 calendar days of the payment date by contacting m.ilic.0072@gmail.com.

Subscriptions may be billed by Paddle or Polar. The payment provider shown at checkout and on your receipt acts as the merchant of record or reseller for that transaction, processes the payment, issues the receipt or invoice, and handles applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST for the purchase.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed. We may decline refund requests where the service has been used to generate reports, where there is abuse or fraud, or where the request falls outside the refund window, except where required by applicable law, payment network rules, or the buyer terms of the provider that processed your purchase.

Cancellation, billing support, and refund requests are handled through the provider that processed your purchase, or by contacting LanaWrite support so we can route the request to the correct provider. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current paid period.
