LANA, also known as BedaKid Report Writer, is operated by Milutin Ilić, an individual based in Serbia. You can contact the provider at m.ilic.0072@gmail.com.

LANA is an AI-assisted software service that helps BedaKid teachers generate short and long student lesson reports from class notes and examples of their previous writing style.

You must sign in with Google to use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information.

You may not use LANA for illegal content, to circumvent AI provider policies, to scrape or overload the service, or to share your account with another person.

You retain ownership of the past reports, class notes, student first names, and other content you submit. LANA processes this content through third-party AI providers described in the Privacy Policy to produce generated reports.

Current pricing is published on the Pricing page. Subscriptions are billed through Paddle, renew automatically, and may be cancelled at any time.

Subscription payments are non-refundable by default. Please see the Refund Policy for the current refund terms.

LANA is provided "as is" and "as available." No uptime guarantee is provided.

AI-generated reports may contain mistakes or wording that needs adjustment. You are responsible for reviewing each report before sending it to parents or publishing it on BedaKid.

The LANA name, branding, software, and interface belong to the provider. Generated report outputs belong to the teacher who generated them, subject to these terms and applicable law.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, payment failure, or violation of these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Serbia.
